Up to £115,000 + bonus and generous package. Fella & Jones are delighted to be exclusively partnered with a high-growth contemporary brand seeing significant momentum globally driven by a strong product proposition and loyal customer base. This brand does not respond to trends; they create them.
As the business continues to scale, they are investing in a newly created, high-impact role at the centre of product decision-making, using insight to bring clarity, conviction, and direction to product strategy.
The Role
What should we make more of? What should we stop doing? Where is the real whitespace? This role exists to answer those questions. Working closely with the Senior leadership team, you will help shape how product decisions are made at pace. At its core, this role is about joining the dots, connecting product performance, customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor movement, and turning that into a clear point of view on where the brand should go next.
This is about influence:
- Guiding category direction and product strategy
- Spotting growth opportunities early
- Bringing clarity to complex signals
You’ll sit across Product, Trading, Growth, Marketing and Finance, acting as the connective thread across the business.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who enjoys the thinking behind the product as much as the product itself. You will have:
- Experience in a senior insights, strategy, or analytics role within fashion, luxury, or a premium consumer brand
- A background blending structured thinking (consulting/strategy) with in-house delivery
- Strong analytical capability, comfortable working hands-on with data
- Experience working with senior leadership or founders
You will be:
- Commercially sharp, with strong product instinct
- A clear communicator who can turn insight into action
- Confident, independent, and naturally curious
- Comfortable operating in pace, ambiguity, and growth
An exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth business at a pivotal stage, shaping how product decisions are made as the brand continues to scale globally.
