Known for their beautifully crafted products and purpose-driven ethos, this B-Corp is building a global community—and now seeks a Head of Performance to take the lead on growth.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role where you’ll drive the full digital performance engine. From Meta and Google to CRM, SEO and beyond, you’ll shape the customer journey end-to-end—delivering acquisition, retention and measurable results. You'll collaborate with exceptional agencies and work cross-functionally to fuel sustainable growth at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Performance Strategy & Ownership
- Own acquisition and performance strategy across paid and owned channels
- Drive customer growth, revenue, and lifetime value with a channel-agnostic mindset
- Develop and implement full-funnel growth strategies, across D2C and new markets
- Performance Marketing Leadership
- Lead media strategy across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms
- Partner with agencies to challenge, optimise, and scale efficiently
- Build on what’s working and test what’s next—TikTok, influencer, partnerships, etc.
- Data-Driven Growth
- Develop robust attribution models and reporting frameworks (GA4, MMM, etc.)
- Translate insight into action, working closely with creative and commercial teams
- Align digital performance with wider brand, product, and CX goals
What You Bring
- 5+ years leading digital performance in high-growth, product-led environments
- Deep experience across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM & analytics (GA4)
- A commercial mindset and proven record of scaling digital revenue channels
- Confidence operating in agile, founder-led or start-up cultures
- Experience working cross-functionally across creative, tech, and brand
Bonus Points
- Experience in international markets or luxury D2C
- Exposure to affiliate, influencer, TikTok or retail media
- Built or scaled a function/team from scratch
