We are seeking a Head Of Brand Marketing to lead their marketing strategy, drive growth, and elevate brand presence both locally and globally.
About the Role :
This is a pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing a dynamic marketing strategy across all channels. You will lead a talented team, spearheading digital marketing, brand campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across the board.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and implement the Brand Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, email, and paid media
- Lead creative campaigns that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the brand
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, retail, e-commerce) to align marketing with business objectives
- Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to inform future strategies
- Oversee all PR & Comms teams to ensure a commercial and cohesive message is delivered
- Lead strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility
About You :
- Proven experience as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager/ Head Of Marketing within the retail or fashion sector
- Expertise in brand building, and omnichannel strategies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for fashion and retail
