Fella & Jones have partnered with this internationally renowned women\’s luxury ready-to-wear brand We are seeking a Head of Design to lead the creative direction and design development of our RTW collections. This is a pivotal role for a forward-thinking creative leader ready to define the next chapter of a globally respected label. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the end-to-end creative process of the Women’s RTW collections – from concept to runway. Translate brand DNA into contemporary, aspirational, and commercially successful collections. Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary design team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration. Partner closely with merchandising, production, marketing, and executive leadership to align creative vision with business goals. Stay attuned to global fashion trends, cultural movements, and emerging materials and techniques. The Ideal Candidate: 10 years’ experience in luxury women’s RTW design, with a strong portfolio and recent leadership roles. Deep understanding of garment construction, couture finishing, and fabric innovation. Proven track record of delivering high-impact seasonal collections with strong commercial and editorial appeal. Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a refined eye for silhouette, proportion, and colour. Confident communicator with strong team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
