About the Role:

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Retention Strategy: Develop and execute retention strategies across CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty channels to keep customers coming back.
- Customer Lifecycle: Map, optimise, and elevate the customer journey to maximise engagement and repeat sales.
- Data-Driven Insights: Build analytics frameworks that provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and strategies.
- Loyalty Program Innovation: Create and refine loyalty initiatives that deliver unforgettable customer experiences.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead personalised and impactful email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the brand’s audience.
