The Role
This is a true 360 E-commerce role, ideal for someone who enjoys being close to trading, performance, and execution, with real ownership and visibility.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day trading across the e-commerce site, driving revenue and reacting quickly to performance blending creative ideas with strong commercial thinking and using data to continuously improve results.
- Alongside the digital Manager manage Performance and weekly email campaigns across all channels including D2C and wholesale whilst working closely with CRM teams for segmentation.
- Manage and optimise the Shopify platform to deliver a smooth, conversion-led customer journey.
- Work closely with CRM on lifecycle and retention activity, including delivering two email campaigns per week via Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with external performance and digital agencies to maximise results across paid, owned, and onsite channels.
- Analyse performance, test improvements across UX and content, and support launches and campaigns across digital.
The person
You will have experience in e-commerce within retail, FMCG, or food and drink and enjoy being close to trading and performance. You’re hands-on with Shopify and comfortable working closely with CRM and email marketing tools. You’re creative, analytical, and commercially minded, with a strong instinct for what drives growth. You enjoy working in fast-paced, high growth environments where impact is visible and rewarded but two days are rarely the same. You’re collaborative, proactive, and confident working cross-functionally and with agencies.
