This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the Human Resources agenda across the business.
Combining strategic leadership with operational excellence, you will partner with senior stakeholders to deliver best-in-class people practices that support business performance, employee engagement, and organisational growth.
Work across the Retail Portfolio
Drive the annual talent review and succession planning process.
Partner with senior leaders on performance management, talent development, and annual compensation reviews.
Provide expert advice on employee relations, employment law, and all Human Resources matters, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across both Creative and Commercial functions.
Develop and deliver learning and development programmes to support leadership capability and employee growth.
Drive initiatives that promote positive employee relations, effective communication, and an inclusive workplace culture.
Lead, coach, and develop the HR team.
You'll be a commercially minded HR leader with
Significant senior-level Human Resources experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Strong expertise across recruitment, employee relations, organisational development, performance management, and talent strategy.
Previous people management experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
Experience within luxury fashion, retail, or consumer brands would be advantageous but is not essential.
