This role sits at the centre of the customer strategy, subscription model, with ownership of lifecycle, retention, and loyalty initiatives.
As Head of CRM, you will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle across multiple audiences and sales channels including B2B and B2C. Your focus will be on increasing customer lifetime value (LTV) by driving acquisition efficiency, repeat purchase, subscription or membership engagement, and long-term retention.
Connecting data across platforms to unlock deeper customer insight, powering smarter segmentation, more relevant messaging, and clearer performance reporting. The role works closely with wider teams and has real input into commercial and product decisions.
The Role as Head Of CRM:
- Set the direction for customer communications across every stage of the lifecycle
- Deliver programmes focused on maximising long-term customer value and retention
- Bring together data from multiple sources to create meaningful customer insight and segmentation
- Oversee both continuous CRM activity and campaign-led communications
- Build and evolve retention, loyalty, and lifecycle initiatives at scale
- Roll out automated and personalised journeys across key customer touchpoints
- Establish robust CRM standards, processes, and ways of working
- Create clear performance metrics to track impact, effectiveness, and return on investment
- Work closely with teams across the business to ensure a joined-up customer experience
- Lead testing and optimisation plans to drive continuous improvement
What We are looking for:
- Proven experience operating at Senior CRM Manager level or above, including Head of CRM or Lifecycle Marketing Lead roles, gained within food & beverage, FMCG, or high-growth brands.
- Strong background in subscription or membership-based models and ideally both B2B and B2C channels.
- Deep understanding of retention, churn drivers, and LTV optimisation
- Experience working with multiple customer data sources and platforms
- Highly data-driven, with strong strategic and executional capability
- Confident communicator, able to work with 3rd party and key stakeholders
