Felixstowe School is seeking a Personal Development Manager who is passionate about supporting some of our most vulnerable learners within our Behaviour Support Unit. You will work to re-engage students with education and help them reintegrate into mainstream learning.
This part-time, permanent role covers 37 hours per week across 40 weeks per year and reports to the leadership team. We value supportive management, professional development and a positive, inclusive working environment.
