About the Role

  • You will be the key point of contact for our bus partners, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth cooperation.
  • You take full ownership of route performance, continuously monitoring, optimizing, and improving operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • You have a strong commercial and analytical mindset, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Through data‑driven decision‑making, you improve efficiency without compromising quality or service.
  • You influence and execute HQ‑initiated projects, ensuring that global strategies are adapted to local market conditions.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy; preferably within Transportation or Travel.
  • Proven track record in negotiation, partnership management, and financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to make strategic decisions (Excel, BI tools).
  • Self‑driven & solution‑oriented – you proactively anticipate challenges and solve them.
  • Full ownership mentality – you take responsibility for your work and see projects through.
  • Strong commercial acumen – you understand how to optimize partnerships, efficiency and profitability.
