Step into the heart of one of London’s most energetic property markets with Felicity J Lord Brixton. We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is ready to embrace a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and succeed in a competitive yet highly rewarding role within our busy South London office.
Compensation: £28,000-£40,000 OTE per year (DOE) Uncapped commission
Full-time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings

- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
