How you will make an impact as a Lettings Branch Manager at Felicity J Lord Estate Agents in Hackney:
- Leading daily meetings with the Lettings team
- Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
- Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
- Encourage your team’s development and progression

- Liaising with tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
