We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is ready to embrace a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and succeed in a competitive yet highly rewarding role within our busy South London office.

Compensation & Benefits

  • £28,000-£40,000 OTE per year (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays
  • 30 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)

Responsibilities

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Continue training and development with close support from a mentor

Requirements & Conditions

  • Must have access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car.
