We’re looking for a confident and ambitious Lettings Negotiator who is ready to embrace a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and succeed in a competitive yet highly rewarding role within our busy South London office.
Compensation & Benefits
- £28,000-£40,000 OTE per year (DOE)
- Uncapped commission
- Full-time hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm Saturdays
- 30 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)

Responsibilities
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
- Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Continue training and development with close support from a mentor

Requirements & Conditions
- Must have access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car.
