A leading financial services organisation are seeking a commercially minded and data-driven FP&A Associate to join their dynamic finance team. This role will play a key part in supporting financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing insightful analysis and helping to shape the financial direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Deliver high-quality financial analysis to support business performance and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities and risks
- Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions to provide actionable insights
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards using Power BI to improve visibility and decision-making
- Leverage NetSuite to extract, analyse, and interpret financial data
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and tools
- Support ad hoc analysis and projects as required in a fast-paced environment
Key Requirements
- Experience in an FP&A or similar analytical finance role within a financial services organisation
- Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Power BI
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Commercially astute with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a high-growth, evolving environment

Desirable Skills
- Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
