Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the Norwich team, you will provide a wide range of administrative and personal assistant support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office.

The role is varied and rewarding, offering the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business while supporting project teams, directors, and colleagues across different offices.

Key responsibilities will include managing general office administration, maintaining accurate project and contact records, preparing and formatting documents and reports, organising meetings and events, coordinating office facilities, and providing support with business management and quality assurance processes.

You will also act as a welcoming first point of contact for visitors, helping to create a professional and positive office environment.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar administrative role and possess excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.

You will be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and working both independently and as part of a wider team.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, are essential, and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be advantageous.

We are seeking someone who is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business are key qualities for success in this role.

Key Duties Include

  • Providing administrative and PA support to Directors and technical staff.
  • Managing correspondence, filing, document preparation, binding, and archiving.

  • Assisting with marketing materials, company brochures, CVs, and presentations.
  • Supporting quality management and compliance processes.
  • Coordinating staff social events, CPD sessions, parking permits, and office logistics.
  • Maintaining a professional, organised, and efficient office environment.

In return, you will have the opportunity to work within a supportive and professional team environment where your contribution will be valued and recognised.
