We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to join our friendly team at Fego Gerrards Cross. Fego is a relaxed, welcoming, home-from-home restaurant with South African roots, where our guests enjoy delicious, freshly made food and warm, personal service in a no‑rules environment. We’re a daytime‑only business, operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Actively leading the team on the floor, hosting guests, and maintaining high service standards
- Managing rotas, stock control, costs, and KPIs to help drive profitability
