The Role
As a Restaurant Manager , you’ll be a vital part of your site’s success, balancing service leadership, team development and the business side of operations. You’ll need to be on the floor, engaging with guests and team members, and driving a high-energy, positive environment.
You’ll be responsible for :
- Managing daily operations, including service, rotas, stock control, and cost / KPI management
- Leading from the front during service and ensuring a consistently high standard of guest experience
- Coaching and developing your team, supporting growth and maintaining a culture of learning
- Hosting and organising events (like Royal Ascot Week) and other site-specific initiatives
- Working collaboratively with your team to hit targets and keep things running smoothly
Who You Are
You’ll be a strong fit if you :
- Have 3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Thrive in a hands‑on leadership role— you lead by doing
- Know how to balance people and performance, service and strategy
- Have excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills
