Front of House Team Member – Fego Caffe Esher
Full-Time | Daytime Only

We’re looking for a full-time waiter who enjoys being on the floor, working with people and being part of a strong, busy team.
This role is for someone who likes a bit of pace, takes pride in what they do and enjoys creating a great experience for every guest.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in all aspects of service — from welcoming guests and taking orders, to running food and keeping everything flowing during busy periods.
You’ll play a key part in creating the relaxed, home‑from‑home atmosphere Fego is known for.
You will:
- Welcome guests and create a warm, friendly atmosphere
- Take orders and support service on the floor
- Run food and drinks quickly and efficiently
- Keep your section organised and under control
- Support the wider team to keep service smooth and consistent
Who You Are
You’re reliable, positive and enjoy working with people.
You’ll fit well here if you:
- Feel confident interacting with guests
- Enjoy a fast‑paced environment
- Are hands‑on and take pride in your work
- Have previous hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Work well as part of a team
- Are available to work weekends and busy periods
