FEGO is a daytime-only cafe and restaurant in Beaconsfield seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and run the kitchen in their absence. You’ll manage daily prep and service, ensuring dishes go out quickly and to standard, while keeping a calm, organised approach during busy periods.
You’ll also assist with ordering, stock management, food safety, and developing the wider kitchen team, with opportunities for progression within FEGO.
