About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, confident and service-focused Full-Time Front of House Team Member to join our team at Fego Cobham. This is a full‑time, daytime‑only role— no late nights, no evening shifts. Fego is a daytime café business, focused on delivering relaxed, high‑quality hospitality from morning through to afternoon service. If you enjoy a busy, guest‑led environment and take pride in delivering genuine, attentive service, this role is for you. You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, running a section and ensuring every guest leaves feeling looked after.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who genuinely enjoys hosting and delivering excellent guest service
  • A warm, approachable personality with confidence when interacting with guests
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous hospitality experience is desirable (minimum 1 year preferred)
  • Strong team‑player mindset — at Fego there is no divide between front and back of house
  • Availability to work weekends and bank holidays (daytime hours)
