Fantastic chef opportunity to join our friendly Fego team. We are a day only business, but do require weekend availability.

Life at Fego: Our meals are all cooked from fresh and we pride ourselves on our amazing dishes which encourage a large and loyal group of regular guests. The restaurant gets busy and we don’t want to keep people waiting when they’re hungry, so the kitchen is a hub of activity, with dishes going out quickly without impacting on the quality of our food.

Being a Chef with Fego: You will be joining a busy kitchen team where all our dishes are cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients. Daily prep and forward planning are key for this role, as well as being able to work well under pressure. As well as helping with prep you will be involved in areas of cooking, helping to run the kitchen and acting as the right-hand for the head chef and deputising in their absence. You will help with ordering, stock rotation and management, food safety and health and safety compliance and maintaining kitchen standards.
