You will join a busy kitchen team where all dishes are cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients. Daily prep and forward planning are key for this role, as you will need to ensure the team have enough ingredients to cover through busy service.
As well as helping with prep you will be involved in areas of cooking, helping to put together dishes for our guests as directed by the head chef, running your own section and ensuring the kitchen is always compliant with health and safety and food
