An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team at Fego Caffe Beaconsfield.
This is a full-time, daytime-only position.
No late nights.
No evening shifts.
We are a daytime hospitality business focused on delivering great food, exceptional coffee and warm hospitality.
The Role
As a Barista, you will play an important role in creating a fantastic experience for our guests through consistently great coffee and friendly service.
You will work as part of a busy, energetic team, preparing high-quality drinks while helping to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.
At Fego, coffee is a big part of what we do, so we are looking for someone who genuinely cares about quality, consistency and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Coffee & Drink Quality
- Prepare consistently high-quality coffees and drinks
- Support daily espresso dial-in and maintain drink consistency
- Deliver strong presentation and latte art standards
- Follow recipes and drink specifications
- Ensure drinks are served quickly and efficiently
- Maintain high cleaning, organisation and equipment care standards
- Guest Experience
- Deliver warm, friendly and professional service
- Build genuine relationships with regular guests
- Confidently talk to guests about coffee, juices, smoothies, soft drinks and our menu
- Create a welcoming environment where guests feel genuinely looked after
- Teamwork & Standards
- Work closely with kitchen and front of house teams
- Support colleagues during busy service periods
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant work area
- Follow food safety, hygiene and company standards at all times
- What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience preferred (minimum 1 year ideal)
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
- High standards and strong attention to detail
- Friendly, energetic and hands-on approach
- Latte art experience is a bonus, but training can be provided for the right person
