Right now, we´re seeking a Group Insights Analyst to join our great Commercial department - based either at our Prague Headquarters, our office in Zagreb, or in our hub in London. As a Group Insights Analyst, your purpose is to bring analytical rigor, clarity, and structure to Group‑level strategic and commercial initiatives. You will work across markets and functions to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support commercial evaluations, business cases, market assessments, due diligence, performance monitoring, and cross‑country optimization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyse transactional and behavioural datasets across markets to identify commercial trends, performance drivers and inefficiencies, focusing on revenue, margin and player value.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses into player behaviour, segmentation, VIP activity and cross‑sell flows, assessing the impact of CRM, promotions and product initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports and visualizations to communicate KPIs and support performance monitoring and root‑cause analysis across the organization.
- Support commercial planning and strategic projects through ad‑hoc analyses, opportunity sizing and forecasting, ensuring consistent KPI definitions across brands.
- Present insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non‑technical audiences to support strategic and commercial decision‑making.
What We’re Looking For:
- University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written (at least C1).
- 4+ years of experience in analytics, business insights, commercial analysis or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to simplify complex information.
- Strong experience with PowerBI.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
It would be a bonus if you bring:
- Working experience with Python.
- Experience with Google Analytics / Similar web analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Czech, Slovak, Polish, Romanian or Croatian.
- Experience in the gambling industry.
