Als teammanager Utiliteit & Service zorg jij dat collectieve werktuigbouwkundige installaties in woon- en zorgcomplexen optimaal draaien. Denk aan verwarming, warmtapwater, koeling, luchtbehandeling, regeltechniek en duurzame oplossingen zoals warmtepompen en WKO’s. Onze klanten zijn woningbezitters en woningbeheerders zoals o.a. Rochdale, Ymere, Stadgenoot, Woonzorg Nederland en HVC. Samen zijn zij verantwoordelijk voor bijna 75% van ons werk en zij rekenen op Feenstra voor betrouwbaar onderhoud, beheer, kostenbesparingen voor huurders en toekomstbestendige installatiekeuzes.
In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een team van ongeveer 25 collega’s. Je zorgt dat onze installaties in woon- en zorgcomplexen betrouwbaar en efficiënt functioneren én dat klanten goed worden geholpen. Jij houdt overzicht: van planning en veiligheid tot klantrelaties en financiële resultaten. Tegelijkertijd begeleid je jouw team in hun ontwikkeling en zorg je dat processen steeds slimmer en professioneler worden.
Zo maak jij het verschil voor klanten én huurders:
- Aansturen en ontwikkelen van planners, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs zodat het team optimaal presteert;
- Voeren van ontwikkel-, beoordelings- en verzuimgesprekken;
- Klanten voorzien van duidelijk advies over onderhoud, vervanging en verduurzaming;
- Zorgen dat installaties voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving;
- Verbeteringen doorvoeren in processen en samenwerking;
- Escalaties en klachten correct afhandelen.
Jij bent een people manager met technisch inzicht en bedrijfskundig overzicht. Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en schakelt makkelijk tussen mensen en processen.
Hbo werk- en denkniveau (techniek of bedrijfskunde is mooi meegenomen); Minimaal 4 jaar leidinggevende ervaring (bijv. teamleider of projectleider); Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, met collega’s én klanten; Ervaring met sturen op KPI’s en het verbeteren van processen; VCA VOL (of bereid dit te behalen); Een VOG aanvragen?
