Fueled by customer obsession and a relentless drive for innovation, we’re now bringing our award-winning formulas to the GCC. The Opportunity
As Head of Growth & Acquisition, you’ll take full ownership of Feel’s paid media strategy, the customer acquisition engine, and omnichannel growth roadmap, spearheading our efforts across Paid Social, Search, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing, CRM & Email, Organic Content, Marketplaces, and strategic brand collaborations. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving sustainable growth and customer loyalty through innovative digital initiatives, high-impact creative, and rigorous testing and optimisation across all key D2C channels.
About You
- You’ve successfully scaled a high-growth eCommerce or DTC business, ideally across international markets, and have a track record of owning significant growth budgets to drive measurable results.
- A growth leader who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments — you set the vision, lead the roadmap, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
- Highly analytical, with advanced Excel (and ideally SQL) skills — comfortable with finance modelling, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Metrics like CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV are the scorecard you live by.
- Deep expertise across paid social, search, affiliates, influencers, and emerging channels — paired with a strong commercial mindset and understanding of unit economics.
- Just as passionate about creativity as you are about data: you know high-performing ads are born from great ideas, rigorous testing, and empathy for what motivates your audience.
- Agile and curious: you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where experimentation and urgency are key to success.
- A confident communicator and collaborator who builds lasting relationships across teams, functions, geographies, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across all regions and paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging platforms).
- Develop and deliver the regional growth roadmap, setting clear goals for CAC, ROAS, revenue, new customer acquisition, and payback period.
- Forecast growth scenarios across channels, geographies, and cohorts — proactively planning for seasonal surges, product launches, and new market entry.
- Continuously evaluate channel mix effectiveness and reallocate budgets to maximise efficiency and scale.
- Champion a growth mindset across the organisation, advocating for experimentation and fast iteration.
- Collaborate with our UK and local teams to ensure campaigns align with global brand strategy, creative guidelines, and commercial priorities.
- Plan, launch, and manage high-budget, multi-channel performance campaigns end-to-end, including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and funnel mapping.
- Oversee agency partners and platform account managers to drive best-in-class execution and ensure all campaigns are fully optimised.
- Develop and maintain always-on acquisition engines alongside campaign-led activations, ensuring a balance between efficiency and volume.
- Drive rigorous creative and audience testing, including A/B and multivariate tests on hooks, formats, and landing page experiences.
- Implement processes for daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews — turning insights into actionable optimisations with urgency.
- Lead the creation of high-converting ad assets and messaging frameworks, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Partner with design, content, and product teams to develop creative concepts rooted in consumer insight and platform best practices.
- Develop creative testing roadmaps by channel — prioritising hypotheses that drive outsized impact on CPA and conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of emerging formats, ad products, and trends to ensure Feel remains an innovator in DTC growth marketing.
- Ensure all creative is localised appropriately, reflecting cultural nuances in the GCC market while staying on brand.
- Own growth forecasting, budget planning, and ROI modelling for all acquisition activities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting cadences that enable visibility into performance drivers and bottlenecks across channels and campaigns.
- Use data to inform creative strategy, audience targeting, spend allocation, and landing page optimisation.
- Translate complex performance data into clear insights and recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities, adjusting tactics to stay ahead of targets.
- Work closely with the retention and lifecycle teams to ensure seamless handoff from acquisition to onboarding and retention journeys.
- Align with brand, influencer, and PR teams to integrate acquisition with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, and partnerships.
- Partner with the e-commerce and product teams to optimise landing pages, conversion flows, and merchandising for growth goals.
- Serve as a regional voice for growth, bringing GCC customer insights back to inform creative, product, and brand strategies.
- Lead internal education on performance marketing, championing a test-and-learn culture across the broader marketing organisation.
Additional Areas of Ownership
- Develop and scale an affiliate marketing and referral program to drive efficient new customer acquisition.
- Evaluate and test new channels (e.g., podcasts, YouTube, Connected TV) as the brand scales.
- Partner with finance and operations to optimise product launch demand planning.
- Support fundraising or investor reporting by providing clear growth performance updates and plans.
Ideal Candidate
- 8–10+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance acquisition for consumer brands, ideally in e-commerce, health tech, or subscription models.
- Proven success managing large budgets and scaling paid media programs across multiple channels.
- Deep expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and SEM.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable diving into data to inform strategy.
- Highly collaborative, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- A passion for health, wellness, and empowering people to improve their lives.
