The Opportunity
As an E-commerce Trading and CRM Manager, you will take full ownership of Feel’s online commercial performance and customer lifecycle. This role combines two critical growth functions: E-commerce trading and CRM. You will be responsible for driving revenue on site, improving conversion, launching products and features, promotions, and delivering high-performing email campaigns through Klaviyo. You will lead the full E-commerce trading strategy, including: forecasting, promotions, product launches, CRO, on-site campaigns, and weekly trading reviews. Alongside this, you will own the CRM roadmap, building and optimising automated flows, crafting high-converting campaigns, and driving retention, repeat purchase, and customer lifetime value. Working closely with our teams in London and Dubai, as well as creative, developers, operations, and growth partners, you will ensure that both the website and CRM channels reflect our brand identity and deliver a seamless, high-converting customer experience. This is an extremely hands-on, commercial, and data-driven role for someone who loves owning numbers, improving funnels, and creating customer journeys that perform.
About You
- You have strong experience in E-commerce trading and CRM, ideally within D2C, beauty, supplements, or consumer goods.
- You are confident using Klaviyo and understand segmentation, flows, campaigns, deliverability, and A/B testing.
- You love numbers, data, and performance reporting.
- You understand how on-site experience, funnels, email, and retention work together to drive revenue.
- You thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy both strategy and hands-on execution.
- You are detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- You are creative in your approach to features, functions, content, and customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Trading- Own daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce performance across all digital sales channels (website, Amazon, etc).
- Monitor and optimise conversion rate, AOV, upsells, cross-sells.
- Manage the full trading calendar, including promotions, feature launches, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee product visibility, collections, navigation, homepage, landing pages, and banners.
- Analyse trading performance including traffic, conversion, margins, sell-through, and stock.
- Forecast demand and work closely with operations on stock planning and replenishment.
- Collaborate with growth marketing on acquisition goals and campaign landing pages.
- Ensure onsite content is brand-aligned and supports product storytelling.
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion, UX, and onsite experience.
- Monitor competitors across pricing, category, promotions, and merchandising.
- Produce weekly and monthly trading reports with insights and actions.
- Collect data and key insights from various departments and CX to brief-in feature requests for the developers team.
- Analyse and create high-converting landing pages and optimise existing PDPs.
- Hang on ownership and execution of the full CRM and email marketing channel.
- Build and manage Klaviyo flows, including welcome, post-purchase, win-back, retention, and VIP.
- Plan and execute weekly email campaigns with clear commercial goals.
- Create segmentation strategies that improve engagement and conversion.
- Review and improve email deliverability, open rates, CTR, and revenue contribution.
- Work with creative teams to brief and deliver high-performing email content.
- Align CRM campaigns with product launches, promotions, and trading priorities.
- Analyse customer data, including cohorts, retention, purchase behaviour, and LTV.
- Use insights to identify opportunities to drive repeat purchase and reduce churn.
- Report weekly on CRM revenue, flow performance, and campaign results.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in E-commerce trading and CRM, ideally using Klaviyo.
- Strong analytical ability with skills in pulling data, spotting patterns, and making clear recommendations.
- Excellent understanding of Shopify, ecommerce merchandising, CRO, and analytics tools.
- Solid knowledge of email strategy, flows, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
- Creative eye for product presentation, UX, and email design.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Proactive problem solver who enjoys improving daily performance and finding opportunities.
