The Opportunity
As Head of Growth & Acquisition, you will own customer acquisition end to end. This includes paid media, the acquisition engine, and the growth roadmap across Paid Social, Search, Influencers and Affiliates, CRM, Marketplaces, and partnerships. This is a senior, hands-on role with full accountability for awareness, conversion, and lifetime value. You will work closely with teams in London and Dubai and be directly involved in strategy, execution, testing, and optimisation across the full acquisition funnel.
About You:
- Scaled a high-growth DTC or eCommerce brand and have owned multi-million-pound annual performance marketing budgets, with at least a six-figure monthly spend in single markets.
- Comfortable setting the growth strategy and executing it hands-on. You take ownership, move fast, and are accountable for results.
- Highly analytical and strong with numbers. Excel, forecasting, and unit economics are core skills. CAC, ROAS, payback, and LTV drive your decisions.
- Deep, practical experience across paid social, search, affiliates, and influencers, paired with a strong commercial mindset.
- Value creative as much as data and understand that sustained performance comes from rigorous testing and clear customer insight.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and communicate clearly across teams, markets, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Leadership- Own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across all regions and paid channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Affiliates, and emerging platforms.
- Define and deliver the regional growth roadmap with clear targets for CAC, ROAS, revenue, new customer acquisition, and payback.
- Build and maintain growth forecasts across channels, markets, and cohorts, planning ahead for launches, seasonality, and market expansion.
- Actively manage and reallocate budgets based on performance to drive efficiency and scale.
- Drive a test-and-learn culture, pushing fast experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with UK and local teams to ensure campaigns align with brand, creative, and commercial priorities.
- Plan, launch, and manage high-budget, multi-channel performance campaigns end to end, covering targeting, bidding, funnel structure, and spend allocation.
- Take hands-on ownership of creative strategy, breaking performance insights into clear briefs for designers and creators, and guiding hooks, formats, angles, and iterations.
- Lead rigorous creative and audience testing across channels, including A/B and multivariate testing of concepts, messaging, formats, and landing page experiences.
- Build and maintain always-on acquisition engines alongside campaign-led activations, balancing efficiency, scale, and volume.
- Manage agency partners and platform account managers to ensure strong execution, fast iteration, and accountability.
- Run disciplined daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews, translating data into rapid, practical optimisations.
- Own creative performance across channels, leading the development of high-converting assets, messaging frameworks, and angles.
- Translate performance data and consumer insight into clear creative direction for designers and creators, with fast iteration cycles.
- Build and run channel-specific creative testing roadmaps focused on improving CPA, conversion, and scale.
- Stay ahead of new formats, ad products, and platform changes to keep performance creative competitive.
- Ensure creative is localised for GCC markets while remaining on brand.
- Own growth forecasting, budget planning, and ROI modelling across all acquisition activity.
- Build and maintain dashboards that clearly show performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Use data to guide creative strategy, targeting, spend allocation, and conversion optimisation.
- Communicate performance clearly to leadership, with practical recommendations and next actions.
- Work closely with retention and lifecycle teams to ensure smooth handover from acquisition to onboarding and repeat purchase.
- Align with brand, influencer, PR, product, and e-commerce teams to support launches and integrated campaigns.
- Act as a regional growth lead, feeding GCC market insights back into creative, product, and brand strategy.
- Champion performance marketing best practices and a test-and-learn culture internally.
Ideal Candidate
- 8β10+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within DTC or consumer brands.
- Proven track record managing and scaling large, multi-channel paid media budgets.
- Deep hands-on expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and search.
- Highly analytical, comfortable working directly with data to drive decisions.
- Strong cross-functional leader who can align growth, brand, product, and finance.
- Genuinely interested in health and wellness and motivated by building meaningful consumer brands.
- Very strong with numbers and data tools, including Excel and performance dashboards.
