We are looking for a dynamic, commercially-minded Product GTM Manager to plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and support revenue growth. This is a pivotal role in our product marketing team, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, proactive and thrives on data-driven performance, multi-channel execution and continuous optimisation.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Marketing, as well as wider stakeholders to translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, paid media, events and more. With the support of a digital agency, you’ll play a key role in implementing and optimising campaigns to meet performance marketing KPIs.

You will have visibility of all marketing activities happening across the board, so being a good communicator, able to prioritise and manage your workload whilst having a strong grasp of marketing metrics, across different channels and reaching typical ICPs for SaaS is essential for this role.

Job Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience of working in a B2B environment, ideally in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge and experience in managing multi-channel product marketing tactics
  • Excellent project manager and organisational skills
  • Used to effective campaign briefing, ensuring that copywriters, designers and others in the team understand what you’re trying to achieve and can creative content effectively across different marketing touchpoints
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience of working alongside marketing agencies

  • Quarterly product marketing plans with a pipeline of activities
  • Up-to-date product marketing materials for multiple target audiences and channels
  • Detailed buyer personas, and case studies
  • Compelling product content and campaigns
  • Reports on activities, pipeline, product adoption, and other KPIs
  • Competitor, industry, and win/loss analysis
  • Estimated budget requirements for product marketing

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing a multi-channel product marketing plan that’s tightly aligned with company goals
  • Integrate product roadmap into our wider, multi-channel marketing programme.
  • Increasing brand awareness via the exciting Feefo products coming to market.
  • Building programmes for launching new products to market; building the sales toolkit
  • Prospect & Customer marketing aligned product marketing plan.
  • Solution and outcome-focused sales toolkit and activities.
  • Competitive intelligence- Stay ahead of the game by monitoring competitive products and industry trends.
  • Lead and create product marketing collateral to support product launches e.g. videos, LinkedIn Live events, case studies, blogs.
  • Work with Head of Product Marketing and Product teams to ensure that external-facing product content and comms are solution and outcome focused
  • Provide an external voice for product marketing e.g. post regularly on social media, host LinkedIn Lives
  • Work with internal teams and help them to engage directly with the external market e.g. CS and Product teams, getting them to record videos, share insights online etc.
  • Creating an effective sales kit that include product presentation materials, buyer personas, competitive analysis, case studies etc.

  • Draw learning from data on past campaigns and apply them going forward
