We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded Marketing Campaign Manager to plan and deliver multi‑channel campaigns that generate high‑quality leads and support revenue growth. This is a pivotal role in our performance marketing team, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, proactive and thrives on data‑driven performance, multi‑channel execution and continuous optimisation. You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing, as well as wider stakeholders to translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns across email, content, paid media, events and more. With the support of a digital agency, you’ll play a key role in implementing and optimising campaigns to meet performance marketing KPIs.
You will have visibility of all marketing activities happening across the board, so being a good communicator, able to prioritise and manage your workload whilst having a strong grasp of performance metrics across different channels, is essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Own the end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle across channels: from planning and execution to measurement and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Head of Performance Marketing to align planned campaign activity with lead generation and pipeline targets.
- Manage campaign delivery across digital and offline channels, including email, webinars, events, working with our wider marketing team and digital agency to ensure social, website, SEO and paid activities are in place to support campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of campaign messages across all Feefo marketing channels, aligning internal and external stakeholders.
- Use HubSpot to build and deploy campaign workflows and nurture programs to optimise the marketing funnel.
- Analyse performance of campaigns across all channels, taking a ‘test and learn’ approach to continually optimise our marketing activities and processes.
- Report regularly on campaign performance against key metrics and KPIs, translating insights into recommendations that will help us to drive better results over time.
- Brief campaign requirements into the wider marketing team and ensure assets are delivered and deployed across channels at the right time.
- Develop robust knowledge of our products and services, our existing customer base and the target market.
- 4+ years of experience of working in a B2B environment, ideally in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in managing multi‑channel lead generation tactics.
- Significant experience of using HubSpot.
- Excellent project manager and organisational skills.
- Used to effective campaign briefing, ensuring that copywriters, designers and others in the team understand what you’re trying to achieve and can create content effectively across different marketing touchpoints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with Power BI Dashboards.
- Used to working with or alongside marketing agencies.
- Effective at influencing stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Commercially minded and outcomes focused – you care about generating leads, conversions and ROI on marketing campaigns.
