Feedwater Limited is a privately owned chemical manufacturer specialising in water treatment. Based in Wirral UK we serve clients nationwide and have a global presence. We are hiring a full‑time Administrator (37.5 hours / week) on a 12 month fixed‑term contract for our Moreton Wirral Head Office. The role covers clerical duties across two departments, answering phones, processing orders and working on customer portals. Some flexible hybrid working is available subject to office needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organising documents and general office tasks
  • Handling phone calls and directing enquiries
  • Entering sales orders
  • Issuing invoices
  • Maintaining accurate customer records
  • Providing cover for Sales / Administration teams
  • Updating customer portals
  • Processing card payments

Organising & Planning

  • Plan and maintain the scheduling plan spreadsheet for your assigned region
  • Control the allocation of scheduled work on a regular basis, planning as far ahead as possible (currently six months) to support Management with resource and personnel planning.

Work Coordination

  • Respond to call‑out requests, assess priorities and arrange visits accordingly.
  • Organise installation and scheduled water hygiene works liaising with equipment production, chemical production, SSD and sales/account managers regarding availability and delivery.
  • Ensure correct RAMS are sent to the site contact in advance.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Check and generate monthly job sheets for scheduled work before issuing to engineers.
  • Sign off completed jobs and update Lotus Notes with information for C4 / C5 works.
  • Send all reports to customers.
