  • A passion for food, with at least 2 years of experience in hospitality and events
  • A strong communicator who builds effective relationships with clients, whether face-to-face, via video, phone, or email
  • Proven ability to manage client requests end-to-end, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience in the B2B food industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience with ticketing software: Freshdesk or Zendesk is beneficial
  • Previous experience with CRM software (Hubspot)

What the job involves:

  • Act as the first point of contact for new clients, helping them understand Feedr’s business model and identifying solutions for their long-term needs. Pass high-potential leads to sales to close contracted catering opportunities
  • Generate timely, standout offers for client quote requests and manage these requests end-to-end for both new and existing clients
  • Build close relationships with our clients, becoming their reliable and go-to catering provider
  • Work closely with all internal teams to ensure an excellent all-round customer experience
  • Manage food event calendars and assist with seasonal communications for existing and prospective clients
  • Proactively help clients plan their upcoming events and create offers based on their scheduled events
  • All opportunities should be tracked effectively, to demonstrate win rate, loss rate and to allow for the account management team to chase their clients’ outstanding events
