Feed Me Online is an ever-growing national food ordering platform with thousands of takeaway partners across the UK.
As such, we're always looking for more developers to join our team to help us expand and improve our various products.
- Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our development team to create and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Develop and implement new features and functionalities for our online platforms.
- Efficiently integrate databases, specifically My SQL, to ensure seamless data management.
- Create visually appealing front end designs.
- Write clean and well-documented code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to transform designs into functional web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the quality of the codebase.
- Ensure version control and code repository management using Git.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
- Comfortable working from initial ideas through to full launch.
Requirements
- 4+ Years Experience with PHP. Solid understanding and experience with core PHP and also some other knowledge of frameworks such as Code Igniter, Laravel, Slim.
- Proficiency in database management, specifically My SQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug code.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

The following aren't required, but would be considered beneficial to the role.
- Having prior experience working in a team environment.
- Tailwind CSS experience.
- Any other programming language experience.
- Amazon Web Services deployment and maintenance.
