As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our paid media activity and help drive measurable results across key digital channels.

The Role

This is a hands‑on, data‑driven role focused primarily on paid media performance. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads, with opportunities to expand into other channels (TikTok, Reddit). You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to align campaigns with business goals, continuously improve performance, and unlock growth opportunities through testing and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Media & Performance (Primary Focus)
    • Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
    • Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Monitor performance and continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
    • Conduct structured testing across ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
  • Amazon Advertising (Preferred Experience)
    • Support or manage Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
    • Work to improve campaign efficiency and support overall marketplace growth
  • SEO & Website Support (Beneficial)
    • Support SEO initiatives, with a focus on analysing performance, keyword research and on‑page optimisation
    • Assist with website performance improvements and landing page optimisation
  • Data, Reporting & Insights
    • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using GA4 and ad platform data
    • Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve results
    • Monitor budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
    • Work closely with the wider marketing team (content and design) to develop high‑performing creatives
    • Contribute ideas for campaign improvements and new growth opportunities
    • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
  • Strong understanding of PPC performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR)
  • Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 (or similar tools)
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimise campaigns based on data
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • A desire to keep learning, improving and pushing performance forward
  • Experience with Amazon Ads
  • Experience with other ad platforms (TikTok, Reddit)
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website optimisation
  • Interest in or passion for horses/equine industry
