This is a non-paid volunteer remote role for a Content & Social Media Manager. The Content & Social Media Manager supports the organisation’s community objectives by planning, creating, and managing engaging digital content that raises awareness, strengthens community engagement, and communicates social impact. The role involves developing and delivering social media strategies, managing day-to-day platform activity, and ensuring all content aligns with the organisation’s values and mission.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and scheduling content

- Driving audience engagement
Working closely with the Digital Marketing & Communications Manager, the postholder ensures consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels and collaborates with the wider team to maintain a strong and unified brand voice.

Qualifications:
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

- Previous experience managing content for social impact organizations is a plus
