IFDC invites a short-term consultant to ensure project activities comply with IFAD’s SECAP framework and national guidelines. The role can be performed in Juba, South Sudan, or remotely, extending across the project cycle with emphasis on safeguarding and social inclusion.
The consultant will review ESMF/RPF, assess policies and reporting tools, and help implement mitigation measures for environmental and social risks. Strong English writing and Africa-region familiarity are preferred.
