Join our commercial team as a Lead / Principal Solution Consultant (Healthcare) and act as the consultancy engine behind our most complex NHS opportunities. While this role is customer-facing, its core leverage comes from deep, behind-the-scenes consultancy work. You will spend significant time structuring business cases, shaping narratives, modelling impact, and designing decision pathways that enable our front-office teams, including the CEO, to operate faster, smarter, and at greater scale.

Our AI-powered platform is transforming NHS virtual care, helping frontline teams deliver faster, safer, and more accurate patient assessments at scale. Your role is to turn complexity into clarity β€” reframing challenges, aligning stakeholders, and creating the strategic foundations that allow high-value transformation opportunities to progress and close. This is a senior individual contributor role, well suited to someone from a consulting or transformation background who wants to move closer to commercial outcomes and take ownership of seeing strategic work convert into real-world adoption and revenue.

Job Requirements

  • You bring strong consultancy β€˜craft’: structured thinking, hypothesis-driven problem solving, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.
  • You are comfortable operating behind the scenes, doing the deep thinking that makes front-office conversations sharper, shorter, and more decisive.
  • A strategic problem-solver. You can take ambiguous, multi-threaded customer conversations and translate them into clear narratives, business cases, and decision pathways.
  • Commercially grounded. You understand that consultancy work exists to unlock real opportunities, and you are motivated to see your work progress through to signed contracts and real-world impact.
  • An excellent communicator, able to tailor your narrative across written and verbal communication for senior, non-technical audiences.
  • You bring credibility in healthcare environments - understanding how NHS systems make decisions, where friction arises, and how transformation cases need to be framed to land.
  • Highly autonomous, organised, and proactive - you create momentum without needing constant direction.
  • Collaborative and transparent team player, comfortable working closely with Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and the CEO.

Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in strategy, management consulting, or senior transformation roles.
  • Demonstrable experience working with NHS Trusts, CCGs, ICBs, or NHS England, with a strong understanding of NHS decision-making environments.
  • Strong experience in business case development, financial modelling, and senior-level presentations.
  • Proven exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder public sector opportunities.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • You have experience building and modelling data models in Python.
  • You have sold or supported the sale of digital health, medical software, or healthtech solutions.
  • You have worked in a startup or scale-up environment.
  • You have clinical experience or deep healthcare domain knowledge.
  • You bring an existing network across NHS secondary care, community care, local authorities, or ICBs.
  • You have experience owning or progressing commercial opportunities alongside senior commercial leaders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the internal consultancy engine for complex NHS opportunities, turning ambiguity into structured strategies, business cases, and decision pathways.
  • Design and own customer-side business cases, impact models, and evidence frameworks that support executive and board-level decision-making.
  • Reframe customer problems into compelling transformation narratives that reduce uncertainty and unblock decisions.
  • Produce high-quality artefacts (decks, narratives, stakeholder maps, value frameworks) reused across multiple opportunities.
  • Conduct deep research into NHS systems, priorities, incentives, and stakeholder dynamics to inform commercial strategy.
  • Join customer meetings selectively where consultancy input materially increases momentum or credibility.
  • Work alongside the CEO and commercial leadership on the most complex, high-stakes opportunities.
  • Progressively take ownership of smaller or earlier-stage transformation-led deals, while remaining deeply involved in complex accounts.
  • Support and, where appropriate, lead workshops, presentations, and senior engagements.
  • Ensure insights and opportunities uncovered through consultancy work are clearly fed into Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.
  • Maintain commercial accountability for progressing opportunities to decision points and contracts.

Job Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Central London HQ with flexible hybrid working.
  • Real ownership with a supported path into commercial responsibility.
  • Direct partnership with the CEO and senior commercial leadership.
  • Opportunity to shape and unlock some of the most complex NHS transformation deals in the market.
  • Mission-driven work transforming healthcare at national scale.
  • High-performing, collaborative team environment.
