Mission and key priorities of the role
- As part of a team you will be responsible for providing various supply chain and purchasing administrative tasks.
- Process external intercompany purchase order entries and non-stock order entries into the Company's various software programs.
- Liaise with our global sister sites to obtain order confirmations, enter order confirmations and enter this into the Company's software systems.
- Update supplier contact information in the supplier order portfolio and ensure this is continuously managed.
- Ensure the replenishing of the graphics.
- Check and correct Goods receipt notes.
- Post the Goods Received Notes into the system.
- Update and maintain the price lists.
- Support and assistance for booking, assigning and labeling Tri-UK orders, consumable orders, semi-finished and raw material orders.
- Support on accounts invoice queries.
- Attend to import custom orders and queries.
- Cross-Training in other functions of the department will be carried out in order to support the team when required.
- Other Adhoc Duties As Required For The Role.
Who are we looking for
- GCSEs in English and Mathematics at grade A-C (or equivalent).
- 1 or more years in a supply chain/purchasing administrator role.
- Exhibit high level of professionalism and tact in difficult situations.
- Creative thinking and problem solving skills.
- Proficient on Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
- Fluent in the English language.
