We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Business Systems Specialist with a hands-on profile, who actively participates in daily operations, direct incident resolution, and the technical execution of infrastructure and support tasks. The position combines a solid background in IT infrastructure and Helpdesk with functional knowledge of most critical applications (ERP, MES), acting as a link between technical operations and business needs. This role is not intended for profiles focused exclusively on coordination or management, but rather on direct, day-to-day technical execution.
Infrastructure Management (Hands-on)
- Direct and operational management of the local IT infrastructure
- Physical and virtual servers
- PCs, mobile devices, printers, etc.
- VMware environments
- Backup software (Veeam)
- Network equipment (switches, Wi-Fi and firewalls)
- Execution of technical tasks related to maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and improvements
- System monitoring and direct intervention in case of incidents
- Active participation in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
IT Support / Helpdesk (Operational and complementary)
- Hands-on Level 1 and Level 2 support for end users
- Direct resolution of incidents related to workstations, systems, and networks
- Escalation to vendors when required, while maintaining ticket ownership
- Documentation of solutions and procedures
- Basic functional support and operational maintenance for the most critical applications (ERP, MES)
- User support, minor adjustments, and initial troubleshooting
- Coordination with external vendors for these tools
Project Coordination
- Coordination of local IT projects, with active involvement in technical execution
- Tracking tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
- Technical support during implementations, migrations, and improvements
Vendor Management
- Coordination of external IT vendors
- Monitoring SLAs, incidents, and service quality
- Technical validation of work performed by third parties
Technical Requirements
- Clearly hands-on profile
- Practical experience in IT infrastructure
- PCs, mobile devices, printers, etc.
- VMware virtualization
- Backup software (Veeam)
- Networks (switches and firewalls)
- Experience in IT support / Helpdesk (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Ability to execute technical tasks, not just coordinate them
- Experience working with external vendors
- Availability for on-site work and occasional travel
