We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Vehicle Maintenance Technician based at our Atherstone HUB.
Working hours: 40 per week
Shift: Available shifts as follows:
Monday to Friday
14:00 – 22:30
22:00 – 06:30
Salary: Base pay £20.77 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm – 10pm (£2.23 per hour), and 10pm – 6am (£2.70 per hour).

What you will be doing:
• Performing service and repair of company fleet in line with planned maintenance schedules to ensure our vehicles and trailers are safe, legal and fit for duties
• Completing signed service and inspection records
• Completing defect reports and associated paperwork to comply with legal requirements
• Preparing vehicles and trailers for annual MOT testing to ensure first time pass
• Performing ad-hoc vehicle repairs, investigating and rectifying vehicle defects
What do you bring with you:
• Your skill and applicable licenses our vocational training, e.g., LGV C&E license (class one)
• Knowledge of the use and operation of all automotive equipment and testing / troubleshooting equipment
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre Heavy Vehicle Components
• Experience with welding and basic D.C. electrical troubleshooting skills
• Valid driving license
