Shift: To be advised
Salary: Base pay £23.86 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm (£2.56 per hour), and 10pm - 6am (£3.10 per hour).
What You Will Be Doing
- Launch and execute monthly preventative maintenance repair/work orders as per global maintenance system planning for GSE and material handling equipment.
- Create curative repair/work orders for curative maintenance and execute work for GSE and material handling equipment.
- Launch regulatory inspections as per legal requirements on GSE and material handling equipment as well as on workshop equipment.
- Logging maintenance carried out on each asset and maintaining both system and physical records.
- Order works to vendors when applicable and check proper execution.
- Collect and sign worksheets from vendors and encode accordingly in global maintenance system.
- Request spare parts when necessary.
- Ensure to keep workshop in good and safe condition and work safely at all times, following 5S methodology.
- Troubleshoot GSE equipment when failure disturbs operations, ensure to remove faulty equipment.
- Ensure delivery and assembly of new assets and update global maintenance system accordingly.
- Identify cost saving opportunities.
- Report identified defects for analysis and further equipment improvement.
- Keep a great collaboration with internal customers and communicate in a solution oriented manner.
