Position Overview
This role is best suited to individuals with previous experience in high-volume delivery operations. Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting manual loading and unloading of freight in accordance with company procedures
- Executing timely, accurate deliveries (typically 60–100 stops per day)
- Representing FedEx with professionalism and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Maintaining full compliance with all safety regulations, operational standards, and vehicle protocols
Candidate Requirements
- Clear driving record (no more than six demerit points within the past three years)
- Ability to successfully complete all pre-employment screening, including:
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Driving performance assessment
- Criminal history check
- Functional assessment
