In this high-impact role, you will partner with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business teams to analyze, redesign, and optimize end-to-end processes, driving productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence. Leveraging your expertise in process mapping, business analysis, and continuous improvement, you will shape scalable, future-ready solutions that align with strategic goals, streamline workflows, and elevate service delivery.

What you will be doing:

  • Play a critical role in transforming the way our organization operates by analyzing, mapping, and redesigning end-to-end business processes.
  • Working closely with Operations, Technology, Regulatory, Compliance, and Business stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to improve productivity, streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Your expertise will help ensure that business processes are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • You will be responsible for translating business needs into effective process and system solutions, leveraging process mapping, business analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • By developing future-state process designs and supporting system implementations, you will help create seamless operational experiences that enable greater efficiency, consistency, and service excellence across the organization.

What do you bring with you:

  • Bachelor's/ MSc Degree in Industrial/ Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, or Transformation Programs.
  • Proven experience mapping, analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, cycle times, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Experience working within regulated environments where process compliance, governance, and risk management are critical.
  • Strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, process mapping expertise, and familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM methodologies will be highly valued.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft 365 suite (Generic, One Note, MS Lists, Visio, Power BI, Copilot). Oracle Database - tool for SQL queries is a plus.
