We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Sales team as a Freight National Account Executive. We are looking for a dedicated Freight National Account Executive, ideally based near Greater London & the South East or within the wider regional area.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 (1 hour break)
Salary: To be confirmed

What You Will Be Doing

  • Developing business with our larger prospective and existing customers within your portfolio, using structured sales techniques.
  • Analysing customer needs and overseeing the development and implementation of suitable solutions.
  • Regularly meeting with the customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services.
  • Developing detailed business plans with your customers, providing them with accurate, approved pricing proposals and coordinating the development of customer contracts.
  • Working together with other FedEx teams to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
  • Producing accurate and timely reports to support strategic planning and performance tracking.

  • Excellent PC Skills to work within our bespoke systems.
