What You Will Be Doing
- Define the Data, Automation & AI Strategy:
- Lead the development and execution of the Global Trade Services Data, Automation & AI vision and roadmap.
- Identify, define, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that improve efficiency, customer experience, and business performance.
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of automation, analytics, and AI use cases aligned with business priorities.
- Own and manage the portfolio backlog of Data, Automation & AI capabilities and initiatives.
- Prioritize investments based on business value, feasibility, risk, and ensuring strategic alignment.
- Ensure capabilities and initiatives are delivered on time and achieve expected business benefits.
- Coordinate Cross-Functional Delivery Teams:
- Foster collaboration across teams to maximize business impact. Partner closely with Business Analysts, Automation & AI Engineers, Data Scientists, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
- Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, and drive effective decision-making.
- Communicate vision, progress, risks, and achievements to all levels of the organization.
- Help Build the Future Data & AI Capability:
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to governance models, delivery frameworks, and best practices.
- Support change management and organizational adoption of new technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Program Management, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology investments to business value.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in Agile or product-led delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately 25%).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Data & Analytics, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Product Management certification (Pragmatic, SAFe, Scrum Product Owner, PMI, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation concepts.
- Experience working with business analysts, data scientists, software engineers, or automation engineers.
- Knowledge of portfolio management, benefits realization, and value measurement methodologies.
- Experience in logistics, customs clearance, supply chain, or international trade environments.
