We are looking for a Courier to join our team at Poole. Whether you are fresh from the test centre or have experience, we want to speak to you!
Your role
The face of the business delivering parcels on time to our customers. You will collect and deliver parcels and freight, secure the vehicle and freight, complete procedural checks, and comply with Health and Safety regulations.
Working hours: 45 per week. Shift: 08:00 - 18:00, Monday-Friday.
Salary: £15.01 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7 pm-10 pm, and 10 pm-6 am.
Responsibilities
- Collection and delivery of parcels and freight to our customers
- Security of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle
- Multi-drop deliveries
- Complete procedural checks on your vehicle
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations
Qualifications
- A full valid class 2 licence along with Driver CPC and Tacho Driver Card
- Great customer service skills
- Great attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly
- Good understanding of driving rules and regulations
