What you will be doing: The Advisor role is responsible for providing financial, commercial, and analytical oversight across Facilities Management (FM) contracts and support services. The role will drive financial performance, commercial compliance, and service excellence through robust analysis of contract performance, vendor management, KPI/SLA governance, and executive-level reporting. Working closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced service providers, the successful candidate will identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial and operational data, developing actionable solutions that support business objectives and deliver value across the FedEx network.

- Manage relationships with outsourced FM vendors and key stakeholders.
- Lead performance review discussions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
