Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Supervisor. Working hours are 40 hours per week with a Night shift pattern. Salary is £15.86 per hour, with premia paid for hours worked between 7pm – 10pm, and 10pm – 6am.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
  • Motivating team members and ensuring fair and consistent treatment
  • Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
  • Educating the team on business goals and service objectives
  • Ensuring the team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
