- Lead and manage a team of Ramp Agents, Advanced Grades, and Ramp Handlers.
- Make sure all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
- Plan and take action to achieve service level targets.
- Educate your team on business goals and service objectives.
- Ensure your team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.
