Working Hours & Compensation
- 40 hours per week, AM shift
- £16.57 per hour; premium paid for hours worked between 7pm‑10pm and 10pm‑6am.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
- Motivating and treating team members fairly and consistently
- Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
- Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
- Ensuring safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
